This page will be updated from time to time and I'll place more details, but for the time being, the first prototype is described in the following lines.

In the next figures is shown the mounting process

 First of all, the PIC16F876 socket is mounted on the PCB.

 

Now, the crystal & 2 ceramic 33pF capacitors, and the routing below the protoboard.

 Now, the LED which indicates the flipping action

What follows now is the rework needed over the CMPS03 , which consist only in removing the PIC carefully.

Now, we mount the buzzer and finally join both cards:

I prefered to mount the CMPS03 card in other way in order to compact the system:

 I placed an isolation sheet to avoid problems between cards:

 The whole system is mounted inside a plastic box

 Soon will be available a specific PCB card.
